  • Spartan comfort for a cruise in the channels but friendly atmosphere. Going on wifi but its yoga sessions and conferences. Meals are correct and varied. The Captain takes care of the passengers and Announces things to see and explains the navigation.on going a few meters from the rocks. Do if a little expensive.

  • We traveled in February in two en route Puerto Montt-Puerto Natales with the ship Eden along the canals and fjords of Patagonia. A beautiful and interesting navigation of three days and four nights. The weather wasn't the best, but we don't find in southern Italy, but in Patagonia, so. .. Perfect organization with start and finish on time. Sailing quite comfortably despite having less expensive booths (booth No. 600: four beds without an outside view). If you were to make a note to the comfort in the cabin lacked a little air). Food plentiful and discreet, professional and kind staff. The safety is put first. Price-in our opinion-content. We highly recommend this short cruise, great to meet an area otherwise unattainable. A big thank you to mr. Percy and all crew.

  • We drove Eden of Puerto Natales with the ferry to Puerto Montt. We were in a four-bed room which was very cramped and unfortunately also a little dirty, especially under the beds (at the price you expect what else). Stop we wanted most of the time on deck we but eh. Unfortunately we were unlucky with the weather, right or you could also say the weather has behaved normally and we had just no luck: rain on day 1 and 2, and if no rain then about half an hour outside were grey in grey and so cold that we have no more than a. In splashing around there are window seats, but they were difficult to get hold of... So much time to read remained seeeeehr, playing cards etc - jobs you can have even more affordable... Program was offered in our daily Yoga and lectures about the flora and fauna. The lectures were very interesting, could also no longer distribute our disappointment over the entire ride. We have seen hardly any animals. Only a few seals and from very far away, we believe to have seen a dolphin. The search for whales was unfortunately unsuccessful. All in all there were three lost vacation days and not a recommended journey for us.

  • We took the Navimag Ferry from Puerto Montt to Puerto Natales beginning of December 2017. We booked beds in a shared 4 bed cabin for 450$. As the boat was not full (88 passengers) we got the cabin for ourselves, which was pretty nice. The cabins are really small, so if you are sharing with 4 people there is very little space for luggage. I recommend packing in a way that you can easily reach everything you need without unpacking. Don't take a bed in the 22 bed dorm, as you literally sleep in the hallway next to the bathrooms. Just spend the extra 50$ on a cabin. We really enjoyed the service on board. The food was very good and plenty. There is water and juice all day, but tea and coffee only during meal time, so if you want tea all day, bring a thermos. There is a cafeteria which sells coffee and snacks throughout the day for ok prices. No alcohol is sold or allowed on board, but it is easy to bring your own. Nobody checks and there is lots of space outside to watch sunset with a drink and noone bothers you. There were very nice nature talks and information on Torres del Paine every day, plus free Yoga classes, which was a real nice surprise. The staff were all very nice. Bathrooms could be a bit cleaner, but there was always hot water and you never had to wait for the shower. That said, we found the landscape less spectacular than we thought. It's nice, but you are kind of far away from the mainland and it's nothing compared to, for example, New Zealand fjords. All together, I recommend the tour. However, if you are low on time and/or money, it's not a must do. If you have to choose between the ferry and, for example, Torres del Paine, I would definitely opt for Torres.
  • Chaiten to Puerto Montt is 8hrs, from memory Tuesday, Thursday, Friday. Boat are okey. We meet a guy which miss the boat because it left 20min earlier, so be aware they don't wait for you.
  • Great but, the boat need some attractions. Great food, very clean, beautiful attention.
  • they should be better with their times.
  • Good experience, but not worth the price.
