  • We decided to go to a spa day after Geometric climb the Villarrica volcano. We were needing rest and it was a great idea! We left Pucon around 11:00 and arrived at a spa around the 12:30. I was really cold and soon was raining ice at the box office. We had a little setback, because the folks at the box office failed to pass the credit card (for some reason they didn't understand how to pass the chip, apparently they use only the magnetic stripe ...), we had to pay in cash. The place is much bigger than we imagined, the pictures look like they're 2 or 3 pools, but must have more than 10 and each with a temperature. It is interesting to be on time (or at the end of the day when it's less crowded) on behalf of the site offers lockers along with towels. In lockers you guard your belongings, lock and tie the key with you. It is very relaxing, but we couldn't stay so long in each pool. We would spend in the cafeteria or we were on the way to a waterfall of ice cold water in the bottom of the baths. Inside the diner they offer free water and there are 2 bonfires to keep warm. The groceries there are quite hot, we bought a pizza served two people (or what a hungry person).

  • Arrive at 9:30 (allegedly at 11:00) in general the place is wonderful. The facilities and everything to itself. I'll be back and how much can. To improve only in the restaurant only has small things and a soup of the day. or it has any kind of alcoholic beverages and the reception guy is pretty nice. I insist only wanting improvement in the restaurant having at least sandwiches

  • Only described with a Word. Impressive. It is amazing to both the environment and the hot springs. A site that I recommend not to miss for any reason.

  • Termas = 10. Infrastructure of the place = 5. Lockers are a joke. Security folks are incompetent. Our keys were stolen - thankfully not our stuff. Guards are there only to charge you extra when your keys get stolen. Not helpful at all. Shame such a gem of a place is so badly managed. Ah... Road to get there is a nightmare too. Be advised.
  • Really great place with 20 or so pools. The place blends perfectly into the surrounding. At the entrance you get towels and they are several places where you can change or go to the toilet. Near the entrance there is also a nice restaurant with an open fireplace which serve good food and drinks. Highly recommended!
  • Very beautiful place. A bit far from the city but worth it. Must to visit place. Usually not very much crowded so you can cherish the beauty of nature while enjoying the hot springs.
  • A must go if you are in the area, it's definitely worth the ride there, a beautiful relaxing place to spend the whole day . You have many pools, I think probably more than 10, with different temperatures, clean facilities, a nice cafeteria area, and the whole walk ends in a spectacular (yet very cold!) waterfall!
  • Great relaxing place, if you are staying in Pucon, it's no as near as advertised, but definitely worth it.

Where to stay in Pucon

As a world-renowned haven for outdoor adventurers, Pucon features a wide range of options when it comes to places to stay, though the bottom line for even budget prices is significantly higher than elsewhere in Chile. Many of the most affordable establishments are the hostels clustered in the city center, which often feature communal areas popular with the backpacker crowd. On the other end of the spectrum, you can opt for upscale lodges with their own pools, restaurants, and Wi-Fi capabilities, also within walking distance of just about any place in town. Pucon teems with adventure travelers in January and February, when prices go up and availability plummets. Make reservations ahead to avoid disappointment, or opt to go outside the height of tourist season.
