Take a tour of Destileria Pisco Mistral and acquaint yourself with the production of pisco, a type of grape brandy popular in Chile and Peru. Learn about the grape cultivation and other aspects of the production process, and see the distillery's picturesque gardens. Of course, you'll have the chance to sample the pisco and purchase a customized bottle for yourself. Consider trying a "pisco sour"--a famous cocktail made with citrus juice. Have a delicious local dish in the restaurant, accompanied by the tasty liquor, while enjoying the scenic backdrop of Elqui Valley. In the end I went to the souvenir shop and bought a bottle of mistral and not checked it relying on your brand. Arriving to La Serena opened the bag and box and was ground and scraped with a liquid x. I will not travel two hours to change it. A disappointment.
