Pichilemu Language School, Pichilemu

4.6
#5 of 6 in Things to do in Pichilemu
The school was founded in 2005 by Valerie Gaino and Chris Wilcox who first arrived in Pichilemu to learn Spanish, immerse themselves in a different culture and surf (not necessarily in that order). It quickly occurred to them that this beautiful coastal town would be the optimal environment in which to start an educational project that would provide both locals and travellers an opportunity to exchange language, culture and ideas.

Where to stay in Pichilemu

Part exclusive getaway, part down-to-earth surfer's paradise, Pichilemu has an array of accommodations as diverse as the crowds that come to stay in the coastal town. Choose from luxury boutique hotels boasting restaurants with sea views, private pools, and spas; or opt for a simple but cosy surfer lodge or hostel. Note that a few of the surfer hangouts were among the first lodgings in Pichilemu, with seaside positions and some of the best views in town (and they charge accordingly).
