Parque Nacional La Campana, Olmue

4.8
#4 of 45 in Outdoors in Valparaiso Region
Travel through nature's beauty on a hike through Parque Nacional La Campana, home to one of the last remaining wine palm forests. Seek adventure on one of several trails, or head to the base of Bell Mountain, where a relatively easy trek offers plenty of exercise to families with young kids. Make sure to take hiking boots and a camera for some photos of the mountainous landscape. The last leg of the hike becomes a bit more difficult, but it leads to an old Russian observatory, making it worth the trouble. Plan your visit to Parque Nacional La Campana and a wealth of other attractions, well-known and undiscovered, using our Olmue driving holiday planner.

  • I went with my partner to raise the campaign during September. The place as it goes up is nice, has full view of the Valley and is great to move away a bit of the city. It has several trails, places to picnic and views. Arrive early, parking lots are limited and many people will place. People who work in the place is very nice and you explain clearly what path follow, his life and times. The only bad point is that to get to the top we found that everything was very scratched ugly graffiti.
