  • Spectacular to relax and unwind, without a doubt, is an obligatory stop on trips to the South. There are breeding grounds of deer, wild boar, waterfalls, good food, etc.

  • Despite the fact that the place is very cute with its nature and jumps are precious, it is definitely badly damaged on several trails and is a mockery of the payment of the entrance. We first agreed by the reserve, we were told that we had to pay the entry and all OK, but we prefer to access full day thus pay $10,000 for a wristband. A time walking us gave has that much people went without pay, since no one controlled the access. That we surprised much and was our first disappointment. Then we got on the side of the hotel Magic Mountain, we agreed and at the entrance had a caceta of ticket office in which there was no one, many people who entered with us by this step access directly the trails without having paid or 1 single weight! If van to collect, that that charge is for all who access to the book. At the end of the path of the spirits and wanting to leave, there was no signage, we started on the right side and gave some cabins, after more than 15 minutes walking without any guidance or any type of guide or reserve personnel, a tourist who rented a cabin told us as out of a hotel, which was the nearest exit. Much name, little concern e investment and zero personal in them trails (and in all the route)... apparently only there is personal in the hotels and charge in the book.

  • I costs synthesize the information of all what is the book biological Huilo Huilo since there are countless attractive to see and enjoy in its 60,000 hectares. Operate saying that is can visit without need of to stay is in none of them four spectacular hotels built in the middle of the forest, or in the camping (that was our option), or in the beautiful cabins or in them shelters. For 10,000 pesos is given a wristband that allows travel throughout the park for two days. The trails, jumps of the Puma, La Leona, Huilo Huilo, the Museum of volcanoes (complete), plus the reserves of deer and wild boar. Us with camping ($9,000 pp) bracelet could move smoothly through all public. I recommend the jump of the lioness that surprised me more than the renowned Huilo Huilo and which is accessed after a walk of about 45 minutes. Also suggest enter to the Hotel Mountain magic by a coffee, a drink or a piece of cake to be able to know it by inside. Them tourists that is hosted here have access to small vehicles electric that is moved by gateways of wood built in the middle of the nature. In a short time, the reserve will inaugurate a ropeway to climb to the Summit of the mountain and appreciate the immensity and grandeur of the landscape. Other interesting walks are the Neltume Lake, where also are can camp and see copihues in their own habitat and the Pirihueico Lake, in Purto Fuy, from where you can embark on a ferry and cross at the other end and continue trip to San Martín de Los Andes, in Argentina.
