  • Not could traverse it full... by time had shortened the visit. "Doña Isidora" accompanied us for 15 minutes telling us the story of Park and sculptures and more attractive buildings within it. We had luck a wonderful sunny day, and at this time a number of flowers... What luxury of space to walk and relax. The entry I think that 2,000 pesos, well were worth it. There are beautiful views... don't forget to visit him. Ah... again cash is required. Here I found the most beautiful memories of Lota.

  • Every year we are going to the eight Region we visited it, and despite having gone so many times, each visit has something special. A wonder is what Mrs. Isidora created, she is present in each of the corners of the Park, and I am very grateful that we can now enjoy it.

  • A place that offers its visitors the possibility to follow different paths through it, which thanks to its different extensions can be traveled by persons of all ages. He has sculptures and historic sites in all the way and places to rest or contemplation. The view towards the city and the sea, different tree species, as well as animals, especially birds, give this place a good environment to know

  • This beautiful park was a special gift from Mr Luis Cousiño to his wife Mrs Isidora Goyenechea, she collected more than 350 vegetal species (many of them even unknown till now) including seeds and plants from the farest places in world. Today it constitutes a valuable botanical collection and, as a park keeps an interesting collection of french sculptures very well mantained, there are guides from the Museum that will tell you amazing stories about this place.
  • It has QR signs with audio information in english
  • Astonishing 💎
  • An excellent place to share in family, to unwind and recharge batteries with positive vibes granted by the beautiful nature of the Park.

Where to stay in Lota

As the town attempts to transition its economy from mining to tourism, accommodations in Lota remain scarce. You won't find much more than a couple of rental apartments. Consider staying in Concepcion, just 39 km (24 mi) to the north, and a regional hub of transport, commerce, and tourism. From there, you can easily reach Lota by taking the short, scenic drive along the coast.
