Saltos del Laja, Los Angeles
(4/5 based on 150+ reviews on the web)
Walk across the bridge for views from above Saltos del Laja, where a set of four horseshoe-shaped waterfalls sit side by side along a total width of 455 m (1,492 ft). The easternmost fall is the tallest cascade here, plunging from a total height of 35 m (114 ft). Because of the site's popularity with local and foreign tourists alike, a number of souvenir stands and restaurants have set up shop a stone's throw from the main attraction, so options for grabbing a bite to eat are plentiful. • A treasure of nature in Chile. It is a short walk, but very nice, the views are great and refreshing lol with so much water suspended =)

  • I've been through Salto del Laja on four occasions this past year. The jump is beautiful, majestic for its natural beauty, inspiring. However, looking at the floor, the place is a disgusting, a disgusting and shameful landfill by the lack of education of ordinary and dirty people; beer cans, condoms, cigarette butts, bottles all kinds, a true attack against nature. In addition, the mud covering all pedestrian access. The result is a place which putrefies cadia day after day. I brought family members from abroad, and I was embarrassed. If they do not improve the pedestrian walkway, added garbage cans, improve signage and assigned a tourist office manage the place, in less than 5 years this place will be destroyed. It is shameful.

  • Near the route to the South a detour forced to lower revolutions of the trip, offers different options for lunch and trails for approaching water breaks for those who dare to walk awhile.

  • The council run camping site is adequate and there are small convenience kiosks within the grounds which offer basic food and drink items. The bathroom facilities could use some more hygiene and maintenance attention, but other than that it's a nice and economic place to camp.
  • Amazing spot, came here for early morning photos which was a waste in the morning fog which I feel would be a fairly consistent event
  • Depending on the season the waterfall may be disappointing. Everything around it is only active during weekends and vacation time.
  • pretty nice waterfall. if you to off season (not in January/February), you can enjoy the beauty almost alone.
  • Vista Hermosa somewhere cheap to eat cute picnic places
