  • Sorry for the pun in reference to a movie funny Jim Carrey but Irene is guide and not wine has wonderfully presents "his" field and explains its wines, their breeding and love and knowledge of winemakers of the cru. Material is in a Valley very beautiful 40 km from Valparaiso, in the hills but still bathed with marine air which, in addition to their boldness, allows the descendants of Croatian pioneers to dare a splendid Coastal Sauvignon with iodized aromas. The site is beautiful, the eggs-concrete tanks from France, the oak barrels. But the best comes after these people have dared the Syrah that grows in the land of the Malbec as Napoleon haunting the fields of Austerlitz. And as the climate in Casablanca between Valparaíso and Santiago is not that of the Belarus, there will be no Berezina. Matetic Napoleon conquered Europe, Irène the Chili and the best of the spirit of the old Europe resonates with modernity in this place where we would rest well. (Failure of extended stay, we have the Mug of the pretty hotel estancia suite!
