  • I remember its restaurants and their delicious Pisco, but it is also a cultural trip since we go to visit the Museum of Gabriela Mistral and know how your life, just like was their very comfortable hostels to relax and enjoy. It is a very good choice if you want to know a little more the universe now with your astro-turismo.

  • The pisquerias are a must on this trip. The food also, but is a mixture between the traditional and the contemporary. To the get to the small village of Pisco Elqui road to the Valley, you find with restaurants that have taken up ingredients of the area and have created a product totally new and delicious. Among these dishes this risotto of quinoa, Basil Sour and others. That Yes, if you go in summer you have to be prepared for very high temperatures and low humidity.
