  • It is a park with a path very short, but very different. In less than half an hour walk you can see a semi-arid area, the sea from a spectacular Lookout and Valdivian forest. The drawback is that it should arrive by private car and be fairly adept at the wheel, since the road is dirt and is full of curves and steep slopes. Outside of that, it is beautiful, it is worth 100%.

  • Very beautiful place, very well maintained, with Conaf guards at the beginning and in the park itself, with beautiful views from the heights to the sea, had a completely clear day in the spring, all the way from route 5 is in good condition and also very nice at this time but there is a chilling rise ultimately terrifying when car preceding them get stuck or worse yet begin to come back and push us feeling toward the precipice. It is true that the information posted speaks of this slope, but it is unimaginable until you are in it. Pure adrenaline for a driver like me!, that operation 40 years ago. Get ready, because it's worth!.

  • It is 1 hour and a half from la serena. From route 5 are app 40 min gravel but in very good condition. Once arriving at the entrance of the park they are 10 km up to the forest, the road is in poor condition and is a little dangerous, but it can be any drive with care. Fortunately we had a day without fog making it from the viewpoint you could see the sea. It is very cute, but not is if it is worth traveling from the serena and return. We use in return to Santiago

  • Beautiful place with vegetation of Valdivian rainforest located in the IV Region of Coquimbo to 5 hrs drive from santiago by car, you internal towards the coastal mountain range in the kilometer approx 390 passing socos. It should be noted that we must wear warm clothes, since this cloud about 200 days a year and runs long wind

  • No doubt impresses find a forest Valdivia in the middle of an ecosystem semi-desert. A relict forest, nurtured by the camanchaca, impresses. This microclimate, soil, forest Moss... Act as a sponge, capable of sustaining many other contiguous to this species. Nearby, streams, shelter a huge diversity of species both flora and fauna, with a high degree of endemism. It has a path for people with different abilities. Excellent facilities and infrastructure. It is very important to consider reviewing website, hours and days which is open in the respective seasons.

  • The forested part is very tiny, for someone who is South (conce South) I do not think it worthwhile. For those who are more than the North may be more advisable
