  • It was really exciting to see the level and scientific development for this. The personnel were very well prepared and despite not being a place tourist noticeable much generosity in talk and explanation of the place. 100% recommended, take their children, very stimulating for them! RDL visit day, I don't know why there are people who claim to have seen the stars. This is a scientific Observatory and visits are day because of night are different projects working astronomers.

  • Fascinating if you like the theme and the rugged desert landscape. There are no amenities. The ascent route is safe, but takes its time. Both ascent and return. See instruments outweighs everything... but if you have a good host that explains each of the activities developed and the research that make... If not everything becomes tedious and tiring. This is an appetizer for those who hoped to see Paranal... enjoy all the scenery.

  • Very good experience, very educational, especially so that children appreciate the night sky in the country.
