They have the chilotes who where the Jesuit missionaries saw more than three houses, initiated the construction of a church. They are all built entirely of wood, including their adornment and images. All of them belong to the Chiloé School of architecture in wood and possess elements and characteristics that have earned them worldwide appreciation.
