  • Subject is the subject of the 'typical' markets. By typical expected delicious food at good price in a location with charm and old, a kind of traditional bite, but with the air of "cultural heritage". If you agree with my definition of (Central) market, don't go then to Iquique, is anything but that. Input, the place on the outside was taken by mini stalls "natural" juices, fruits of the region and others, that of natives are the same as the drums in which the juice is packed. Entering, the place, without being it, seems dirty, badly neat. Is careless and does not has the brightness and ornament of a market that attracts to tourists Besides them parishioners office workers looking for the collation. The place where we ate was bad image, with the simplicity of a bite, but only that. It was not cheap, with prices per dish on the average 7 lucas, far from the economy that would be you a place with the appearance and amenities that has. Ask the menu of the lunch and agree in that the oil of the Fryer seemed have given it best of itself already, both that the fish arrived with his beaten half burned and very oily, the mash by your part, frankly inedible. The casserole, decent, the dish of the lunch. I didn't at all. Menu of the collation is economical, but unless the US touched us, left a lot to be desired, except the pan. Me di a turned by the place and of truth that of picturesque not has already nothing, some restaurants of best paints that them of the second floor, some posts of fruits and vegetables, to my trial come to less, and by in the entry a couple of posts of herbs and similar, that itself have the appearance of "picturesque", although them prices not were cheap. Nothing sorry, friends, but the market is literally only facade today.
