  • Taking to the Dibam, the Museum is very complete, has a sample of how they lived, rucas, artifacts, utensils, clothing and subsistence lifestyle. Leadership of elders and how family and every activity that corresponded him consisted. There are maps, videos and many pictures of the time, the entire sample is very cute, free, and I saw few tourists

  • The place is clean and they don't charge money to enter. They exhibit awesome things by the seniority that have but are very well preserved. All very explanatory.

  • I went without many expectations, the first surprise I took it when they told me it was free (I'm from Santiago...) there are reproductions of prehistoric animals in the region, interesting information about the mummies of chinchorro and their process of mummification, as well as objects of the nitrate, a large collection of chips of nitrate, also was lucky to coincide with a sample of Isluga wonderful textiles I really was a pleasant impression and eager to learn more about our native peoples. Worth visiting it, I took only one hour to traverse it and is on Baquedano is a very nice ride.

  • Interesting history of pre and post colonial Iquique.
