Find yourself face-to-face with life size dinosaurs in the triangle-shaped city square of Plaza Acevedo. The square got its name from the Chilean aviation pioneer Luis Acevedo who lost his life in a plane crash in a nearby town in 1914. Within the square you'll find the Museum of Natural History of Conception which opened in 1902, as well as a small theme park called Jurassic Park which opened in 2008 and offers life size reproductions, games, and rides, all dinosaur-themed. • A nice place especially for walking with children. It stays clean and with many trees as for hot days. The surroundings are something dangerous by the large number of vehicles surrounding the square. Outside of that, everything.
