As it is logical to think one wants to know the service before hiring him, something basic within the rights of the consumer. Against this, access to the sector, the goalkeeper told us that it was not possible to enter without paying the entry, which is why it was not possible to know the dependencies of the pools (to know if they were girls, large, temperature of water, access to lockers, etc), less known the departments. What I understand simply is a statement of a worker and I request by telephone to the administrator of the site access to the above indicated me that if I don't cancel at the entrance, I can not access see the enclosure. In legal terms, they demand to hire or pay for a service, without before knowing him. unusual right? However the administrator apparently realized this explanation which was totally illogical what I said and agreed by an 'exception' to let enter 1 single person. Bone 1 single person should inform other 20 if it was worth or not. Goodness does not pay to enter, a completely neglected place, lockers that at the door told me have not had, lucky 3 broken lockers, one of them even without a door. Or if my stolen things, do not answer anyone, that is more than clear. Bone or you change in the car and you're going to already changed clothes to swimming pools, or take care of your stuff all the time, forget that locker. Finally think this in a hoax from the point that you look at, by that clearly if I pay at the entrance, I get up and I don't like, to request a refund of the money clearly put thousand and one problems. That regrettable that simply they spoil an area as beautiful as Valle las Trancas for a poor attention to tourists. I clearly do not recommend it, and clearly would not return ever.

I was a weekend, and there were people missing only entering Pikemen waters... perhaps staff should settle with relaxation music and demanding more order to the visitors, so would be a magical place instead of a hot pool ride with sulfur smell :/ !

Are 3 outdoor swimming pools is a closed. The ticket costs 10,000 pesos and if you want to go in the pool closed, you pay more 5,000 (per person). Worth paying the 15,000 and be able to go to all, especially if you are as a couple. The pool that is covered is wonderful, music, bar, and less crowded than the others. I suggest taking towels and robe in order to use the external areas.
