  • We close the day in Casablanca in Indomitable by indication of the cab driver who served us, and it was excellent, though we didn't have reservations, we received very well and we were able to taste some more "hearts" of great wines a la carta, sitting on the porch enjoying the stunning views of the Valley from the top of the hill where is installed the winery. I can say that was one of the most pleasurable visits to wineries in Chile. Super recommend the visit to tour, lunch etc pass some hours just enjoying the visual.

  • The Indomitable Casablanca does not live up to expectations: the headquarters of the Winery, above, provides a beautiful view and the huge stainless steel barrels have high quality environment. Nothing more. The restaurant is very expensive for the portions offered, the wine cellar sales is small and without accessories. Worse, were the wines tasted on the balcony drains (more than light), no frills, no smells, no persistent aftertaste. Well below those tasted in Santa Rita (also lacking in the rest) and in Shell & Toro, excellent in all. In Casablanca, or small glasses of memories, in the last two, the beautiful glasses of wine tastings are carried out. In addition, the presenter talked about 65 miles an hour and trying too much to find aromas and flavors that do not exist in wine.
