  • The National Park has so many wonderful sites that culminate with the rather chungará, but it is not the only thing. There are wetlands with astonishing and highly visible fauna. Towns, hot springs, much to learn, so I recommend you take tour sleeping in Putre, and if you have more better day. There are tours for 3 days that lead to salars and as already aclimatas you to the height not is you made to miss the ride. I do not recommend it for children, the distances are very long and are affected more by the height

  • To 4,500 above sea level, one of the must-see sites to visit in the Highlands. You can do per day or also stopping in Putre, where there are hotel and residential. Anyway, it is a long journey, and have to go warming in two or three heights up to admire the Lake Chungará, aquatic grass. The Lake is quiet, spacious, has a marked path through which you must pass. To view the twin Payachata, the Parinacota and the Pomerape volcanoes. The fauna is always present llamas, alpacas and birds such as the Tagua Tagua and parinas. Flamingos, sometimes cute colorful. It is unforgettable and silence makes the spirit will recreate.

  • It is a great trip, but not to make it on the day. It is necessary to stay in Putre, acclimatize and to enjoy the landscape of height without the annoying puna. I do not recommend to do quick tour without having stayed in Putre before. It also allows to stop at many tourist spots that are worth. Everything must be done slow and requires time.
