  • A spectacle, the best library in Chile. It is a meeting place for cultural and pleasant on the eye with a collection of more than 33 thousand books. Cycles of cinemas, workshops, music, Orchestra and best of all is that it is 100% free.

  • The happiest place in the world for my... Very good atmosphere and lighting, a variety of books and very comfortable armchairs. It also boasts a coffee for those who enjoy the relaxed reading accompanied by a rich concoction. 😁😁😁

Where to stay in Antofagasta

Though not yet seen as an international tourist destination, the northern city of Antofagasta has a welcome number of hotels and other accommodations. Head to the main coastal road to find some of the more popular high-rise hotels, offering rooms with sea views and onsite restaurants. The inland urban areas provide a good set of simple hotels, along with characterful boutiques and backpacker-friendly hostels. If planning on staying in the area for an extended period, consider renting an apartment in one of Antofagasta's main residential neighborhoods.
