  • Beautiful and historical place but could have more information for tourists. I found it a bit abandoned. It is necessary to read a little or Googling the place to learn a little more about the place that you are visiting. It has a good tourism potential.

  • To get an idea of how the Spanish conquistadores in the last decades of the eighteenth century for strategic reasons they built fortresses to defend the islands of Chiloe, worth taking a walk from Ancud to the Fort of San Antonio, not only because it is located in a very nice place from which with the view range on clear days to the Mainland but also because they are still placed the guns aimed precisely towards it in defense of these territories.
