  • This place is NOT easy for someone in a wheelchair. They have two scooters there for people with mobility issues, which is great. But every now and then, they're unavailable and a person sort of gets stuck waiting. The customer service staff is awesome. Love them! But a lot of the stores are no longer there. They're attempting to get higher end stores in, which will make it more difficult for people on a budget to shop. And a lot of their stores are completely inaccessible. If you're in a chair, you cannot maneuver around, or even get into certain stores. I think the mall would be a better environment if they worked a bit on their accessibility. Otherwise, I like being there. It's usually not too crowded, the security staff is great. I go there often and find most places are friendly, and helpful. There are a couple clothing stores that tend to ignore me, being on a scooter or in a chair. They don't ask if I need help when I am clearly struggling to reach something. But it's only a couple of places that give me issues like that. Le chateau is great with customer service, so I go in there a lot.
  • A very beautiful looking mall with tons of stores to shop from. In a great location surrounded by a lot restaurants. It has the best food court I have ever seen!
  • The best mall in Winnipeg, in my opinion. The building itself seems much newer than other malls and it features a beautiful food court with stone fireplaces and hanging chandeliers. The stores are exactly what you would expect from a mall, except there are more shoe stores at St. Vital than any other mall in Winnipeg. The Chapters book store is a nice place to stop for coffee.
  • One of the better malls in town. A good mix of stores, restaurants and services. Finding parking can be difficult during peak hours & holidays.
  • Difficult mall to park at due to its star shape with the anchors stretching out if the mall and into the parking lot. That makes each main entrance a v with very little parking. The layout can be a little confusing as it's a main loop with three legs off of it that each have a bend. Overall the selection of stores is great and it's only been getting better. The cineplex has an arcade which is hard to come by these days. The mall decor is modern and is kept clean. It's our go to mall in Winnipeg.
