  • Used to go when it first opened, it was great. Do not go anymore. Over the years I used to take my mother for dinner there. About 7-8 years ago it got real bogus. The machines stopped using coins and ...  more »
  • We attended this casino on Seniors Day taking advantage of the discounts and $10 free play. Dinner in the lounge was great. The steak sandwich is the best !
  • There is a noticeable alcohol and worn out stench from those raunchy carpets that emanate the moment I stepped in to this establishment. The only good thing about this place is the buffet. Lots of cla...  more »

  • Things just keep getting worse and worse here. They got rid of the big progressive slots, and the majority of those "penny" machines they have now equate to $1- $2 per bet games. The staff are NOWHERE to be found when it comes to needing help on the floor, and not offering complimentary soft drinks just doesn't make any sense to me (every other Casino in the world offers at leas this). They do offer free coffee, but it is in cups that only a 4 year old could appreciate. The only positive (and why I'm giving 3 stars) is the concert hall. It is state of the art, and total first class. The artists and bands they book are excellent, and the sound and seating is just awesome. Now if only the person who was in charge of creating that masterpiece theater was in charge of the rest of that Casino lol
  • Smaller casino. Slot machines of sorts. BJ tables are not inviting. I could never figure out the slot machines or the other games. No training or guidance offered .
  • Always have a lot of fun here. Play both slots and table games. Wish they had a craps table! Bingo is a lot of fun bit come early if you want seats together.
  • Things have definitely suffered throughout the construction. The event center is comfortable, unfortunately both the Jags and Aaltos restaurants here, leave something to be desired. Went to a "rib night" special at Jags and to be honest, they were misnamed for what they were and inedible. The roast and service was great, but the ribs and chicken, which were supposed to be the stars, were pitiful. Given the disorder and inconvenience to customers during the never ending renovation, one would think they would focus more on giving back or accommodation for loyal patrons, because there most certainly is a great deal of inconvenience whether it's parking or walking from one end of the entire building to the other for a washroom.
  • The event centre is nice, it's clean and comfortable. The walk through fish tank is really fun. The food isn't bad, but it's not worth the trip unless you're there for an event anyway. The casino part is mildly depressing and painfully tacky, but it's bright and clean.
