  • Pleasantly surprised by the wonderful Polar bear exhibit and re-creation of Churchill. They have done a wonderful job with the large windows to view them while enjoying a bite to eat. It is also really neat that you can walk under the swimming polar bears through a glass tunnel. Everywhere you walk you will encounter a peacock just out for a stroll. I was lucky enough to see multiple peacocks open their feathers for a beautiful display. You are also able to walk with the kangaroos inside their exhibit and see the little joeys peaking out of the pouch. It was much better than I expected and spent much longer than I thought I would.
  • Love the changes over the last few years. Can't keep my 5 year old from asking nearly daily to go see the dinosaurs. Wish they could become a permanent part of out visits. Family passes have been a well worth investment. Excited to see what comes next
  • Love the zoo. We go almost monthly. Definitely worth the price we have been to zoos all over the world and its a very reasonable price. Definitely worth getting a membership if you go more then 3 times a year. Then you don't feel like you have to see everything in one trip or to bad if it starts to rain
  • Decent selection of animals, some exhibits are too big, so you cannot see the animals in the exhibit, but other times the exhibit is too small and the animal is always sleeping, due to the lack of movement. I love the "new" Arctic expansion the zoo did, and the new horse area. They need elephants, then I would rate the zoo 4/5.
  • It's a nice zoo. Lots of space but doesn't require multi-mile hikes to navigate. The Churchill exhibit is pretty special
