  • Before I start ranting I want to say that I did enjoy myself here but that was mostly because I was there with my friends. So there were three mains activities there; the climbing structure, the wakeboarding course and paintball. The climbing structure was a lot of fun and had some very happy, helpful and kind staff, no real problem here at all! The wakeboarding course was another story where the was no real instructions except for the guy who was yelling at us confusing instructions if i would even call them instructions at all. It went from "pull the rope to your chest with your arms" to "keep your arms straight" and the constant yelling of "bend your knees!" was quite annoying. Add that onto the fact that he was legitimately getting mad at us at one point because we kept falling and couldn't get the hang of it, it was a pretty crapping experience. I will give him credit for mentioning the kneeboards because we were able to do those but after our 3 time of falling and faceplanting into the water those should of probably been mentioned. The paintball would of been fun if we had overalls or something to put on besides our bathing suits, kind of dumb for us to have to bring our own overall clothing with a 52$ price tag and the "all day" packagae comes with paintball and rentals but no bullets... So we had to buy our own bullets which adds another 40~$ to get 1000 paintballs. Even though i wasn't a big fan of the paintball course the guy there was nice and inforamtive. Overall I did have fun even with a 52$ pricetag but I would not recommend going unless you're already experienced in wakeboarding or you just want to climb but get those separately the "all day" bundle is a rip off.
  • Worst customer service I've experienced. On my one vacation day this week we planned to try wakeboarding. Checking the website of Adrenaline Adventures about having a training lake and a big lake I thought training lake would be good to start with. I noticed the offer of training session for $45 and decided I will pass. I called the place and asked if reservation for wake boarding is needed and was told no. After 50 minutes drive to the facility, long waiver filling and line to get to the front desk we finally got to it. Looking at the training lake wakeboarding the excitement was at its peak. When I asked to purchase an admission for training lake I was advised that training lake is only for $45 training lessons and you have to reserve it 2 days ahead. I told her I called (I recognized it was her who I was talking to) and was told no reservations. She explained no reservations for boarding on the big lake but if we never did it yet we won't be able to do it and if we have not reserved lesson we can't go on training lake either. I was really upset. I searched the website, I called and none of that helped me to find out how it really works and now after a long drive and wait it turns out we are out of luck. She said lessons are on website and I opposed that there is no mention of lessons being the only activity going on on the training lake or that big lake is not a choice if you are beginner. So very poor information and very poor answer to my phone call for information on reservation. Her answer was that people normally figure it out that as beginners can't go on big lake and that you need a lesson if you never done it again. Well, call me stupid, but I did not come to that conclusion. So I wasted 2 hours of my vacation day and we all experienced a great disappointment on not being able to do what we were excited to do. In conclusion do not trust you are getting all the info when you go to website or call. You might still be turned down at the end.
  • The kids enjoyed the climbing structure. Unless the kids are tall for their age, 8 years old is a bit young. They had trouble reaching several handhold and we had some difficulty attaching the safety harnesses. Probably best for about 11 years old and up. Good safety equipment and instructors. In the winter, we did the ice sliding on the tubes. The ice is really sharp and bumpy, a few minor injuries. Fine for adults, but I would be very reluctant to take young kids or older adults.
  • Fun but exhausting. I need to get more fit before I go again but I will conquer it yet!
  • Had my friends stag party here and can't say enough about the staff and the service! We did the package deal and spent 4 hours doing everything, paintball, wakeboarding and ropes course. Shout out to the ropes course staff as they helped my buddy who's nerves got the best of him on the top part and they got him down safely. He vows to come back and conquer the top and do the ziplines - lol. After we had drinks on the patio and what a view nothing like it. Definitely coming back to try their food.
