Devonshire Mall reviews
All renovations have been completed, actually quite awhile ago, but now as a more upscale mall, costs are higher and store options aren’t any better, just more expensive.

Windsor's biggest indoor mall, good selection of stores and movie theatre, good assortment of restaurants in food court. Interesting history behind the name, in the late 1800's this location was home to Devonshire Race Track, a world famous horse racing destination. The mall was named in honour of the track. Different vendors come and go, but management run things well, and try to keep vacancies to a minimum. Clean and well lit, a good place to shop in Windsor since 1970.
The only proper and big mall in Windsor City. Great parking spaces and easily accessible if you’re coming buy bus. Great number of shops from clothing to jewelry to furniture. Food court also has good option of restaurants. Everything is very clean. Devonshire mall is my favorite spot to visit during the weekends.
Associates are always helpful. Sr. Advisor Kiara gave some valuable advice as per my needs. However, I'm not sure why this store doesn't carry a lot of variety in bigger sizes such as US 14. Most of the times, I have to order mine online.
This mall has greatly improved in the last several years. There are better options in the food court, better stores to shop at, a grocery store, an express bus from Tecumseh mall to Devonshire mall, a few good restaurants, and lots of parking. Compared to my previous review, Devonshire mall is a whole different place now. I do now recommend visiting the mall. Eating at Pepitos or Artisan, and shopping. Changed from 2 stars to 5 stars. Old review below... I probably dislike this mall because I'm from Toronto and have lived in Edmonton. I have difficulty even considering this a mall. There are malls with food courts that are larger than this mall. It has the usual stores that you find at any mall, but some new stores are coming in and they are renovating. It just doesn't really have anything that makes me want to travel all the way out there by bus. For a person in the east end it's a long bus trip to get there. Maybe if they had a better method for people traveling from the east end than taking the 1c and transferring to the 1a. Or if I drove. Maybe then I would enjoy this mall more. As it stands now I have left unhappy every time I have gone to this mall. I do not recommend it.
Definitely the place in Windsor where you actually GET TO SEE PEOPLE!!! If you go downtown, you barely see anybody but at the mall, there are always tons of people! Love the new food court and you can tell these guys are re-investing a lot of money that they make. +rep
