Incredible service, very friendly staff, and extremely helpful too. Lots of choices and gear. Definantly recommend this store to anyone. Also if your new to guns very good place to handle a few and you can even shoot some without licence. amazing.
We came here on a Sunday and for the group package they have, it was 6 of us total. In this package you get to fire four different types of guns. For us this included two handguns, and two rifles. When we first walked in we were greeted by a staff member working in the retail section which point it out to sign waivers. After you you signed the waiver you register for the next time slot for the group session. We got there at 12:30 but the session didn't start until 1 p.m. . We spent 30 minutes exploring the venue which was clean, and nicely themed. When the session started we were brought into a classroom to go over safety rules the most important rule is to listen to the officers there. Most of the time you really just have to remember to take your finger off the trigger and put the gun down afterwards. Then we were given free goggles and earmuffs to borrow because the gun range is very very loud. Once you get into the gun range you take turns across various stations to try out the different guns. The staff is very professional and gives you tips on how to aim, and how to fire properly. The experience was great as it was my first time. For each gun you get about 10 rounds for 2 pistols and 5 rounds for the AR10 and 10 rounds for the AR15 rifle. You get to keep your target paper and any shell casings you find on the floor as souvenirs. It works great if you go with a group it is a great weekend activity for the price. I believe you usually have to pay per round or magazine and only start with a pistol so having the chance to try various guns in a packed fixed price of $100 tax included, I'd say it's worthwhile.
Bought my CZ-858 there, shot dead on right from the get go. They had lots of accessories too and even gave me a small discount for buying a bunch of stuff. Transaction was quick and easy. I do wish they had a larger assortment of ammo however.
I went twice to sample shoot a few guns the first time I was kept waiting for a long time but we fired several weapons, it was great. The second time I felt rushed and we only fired two. I'd recommend if you've never fired a gun and would like to try. It's worth it. After that it would be better to get a licence and membership at a club to keep going.
Friday, July 8th, 2016 -5 stars if possible Yesterday I had called them asking for a tour of the facility and the lady was very courteous and understood that I don't want a half ass shooting range with little respect to the customers but the next day (which is the day of writing this), I go in with my girlfriend and there was a ginger male with tattoos on his arm, clearly saw me wave to him at the holding room before entering the shop and dismissed me like I was nothing, then when we finally are noticed we head into the shop, the tubby male was helping somebody else out which I understand he's in the middle of helping a customer and that's when I see the ginger male... Standing and not doing anything, he might as well have been staring at a brick wall, and when the tubby male asks if he can help me I asked for a tour of the shop, he didn't walk me around but he just pointed at things and telling me what they are like "this is a pistol range", so on and so forth, none the less I had a very bad experience here and I would not recommend this place to anybody and I hope the future customers are treated with some respect but I see it's hard for people to do in some cases so maybe you should find another job that suits your attitude towards other people, I'll finish off by saying my times at shooting ranges in USA have been more satisfying than this place.
