Whistler Olympic Park hosted the Vancouver 2010 Olympic Winter Games competitions in ski jumping, Nordic combined, cross-country skiing and biathlon as well as the 2010 Paralympic Games cross-country skiing and biathlon competitions. Today it serves as a legacy for the enjoyment and training of local residents, visitors and high-performance athletes. Whistler Olympic Park is part of North America's most extensive Nordic experience “Ski Callaghan”, providing users access to around 150 kilometres of ski and snowshoe trails.
It is operated by Whistler Sport Legacies, a not-for-profit organization responsible for the responsible for three 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games facilities - The Whistler Sliding Centre, Whistler Olympic Park and the Whistler Athletes’ Centre.

It's literally called Olympic park. It had the eyes of the world on it! How could you not be impressed with everything Whistler is? This is just a small part of the overall whole that is a gem in BC. Make sure you take your time and admire all of it!
Whistler Olympic Park is absolutely beautiful. A great destination for families. Be careful about the resident bears at the park. Use normal bear precautions.
One of the sites of the Vancouver 2010 Winter Olympic Games, this makes parts of the Callaghan Valley accessible to people who don't have four wheel drive, and allows for good Snowshoeing, XC Skiing and other winter activities.
wonderful ski terrain and the Journeyman Lodge is a must do experience of a lifetime.
Lived there as a ski bum for six months in 09 and have missed it every day since I got back home.
