Peak 2 Peak Gondola, Whistler

(4.8/5 based on 6,000+ reviews on the web)
Soar high above the famed ski slopes of the region on Peak 2 Peak Gondola. Spanning 3 km (1.88 mi), and reaching 436 m (1,430 ft) above the ground at its highest point, the scenic cable car connects Whistler Mountain with Blackcomb Mountain and even offers a glass-bottom car for full views of the forest below. Once you've finished the ride, take a peek behind the scenes to witness the gondola's machinery in action and get an understanding of the mechanics behind the cable car system. You can cap off the experience with a meal at one of five mountain restaurants.
