  • Very clean site, lots of young families with dogs so a very family friendly environment. I would certainly recommend and would go back. Given how many families were there with dogs it would be great i...  more »
  • This is one of our favourite campgrounds. They've upgraded so many sites to fit bigger rigs, there's shower houses in each area, a great playground, beach, and walking trails.  more »
  • Very nice campground. Big Lake for all the toys big or small a great park for the kids and a nice walking path and a fabulous view.  more »
  • We've been here before and it was fine when it didn't rain. That's why I left a generous 3 stars because the bathrooms/showers are nice and the spots are fine (unless it rains). This time it rained a fair amount (which obviously isn't their fault) but our first campsite was severely flooded when we got there due to improper landscaping and our replacement spot had hardly any gravel and large ruts from previous trailer campers. Driving around I noticed most spots were lacking gravel and/or were rutted up. This turned our spot into a huge slimey mess which is the pits especially when tenting.
  • Great camping, close to the lake, excellent facilities (showers building was brand new and very clean - $1 for a shower). We had a tenting site and the picnic table, fire pit, and tent pad were all in excellent repair. Not to closely packed with other campers and an easy walk along the beach.
  • Camped here during August long weekend. Sites are huge and very private with bushes. We had a site with electrical services and camped with a trailer. Lots of trails to walk and easy access to the beach. There was also a movie night in the park program while we were there. It would be nice if the beach had a dog friendly zone.
  • Great facilities, nice atmosphere, park ranger is a little intense and the lake is perpetually suffering blue green algae blooms.
