  • Nice peaceful walk paved walkway by the water. Many many people walk their dogs along here. Enjoyable walk but it is crowded. Flat trail right along the water and well maintained
  • We did a nice bike ride along the park but discovered that we took a wrong path and were in the off leash area where bikes are not allowed. The signs were confusing if you do not know the area and the...  read more »
  • Nice park to walk around in the morning. Good playgrounds and a pretty large off leash dog area as well.
  • A cute and popular sandy beach park in the city... wheelchair accessible. Nice logs and benches to sit on. The ocean view with sailboats and further out, ships.
  • Awesome! Love the beach here and watch the guys catching crab of the pier. You can see seals and watch the fisherman catch salmon. The volleyball and basketball courts are good and plenty of park to kick a soccer ball around.
  • Great views of the mountains and the Pacific Ocean. Beach front properties. Nice picnic areas and a great walk all along the water front. They have entertainment at the park like music, magic show for kids. Great family place.
  • The park is easy to find and plenty of parking most of the time. The only exception is when an event is taking place at the park or nearby. I go running from here a lot and there are many options of which direction to go. From here, you have a view of the inlet, Stanley Park, Lion's Gate Bridge, and West Vancouver. This park is right along the inlet, so there's a beach area as well. In the park are: grassy field, gravel field, paved walking/running/cyclist paths, sand beach, a skate park, and more. The park is great for all sorts of people from, solo to families. Yes, it's a dog friendly park, but do remember to respect other pedestrians and clean up after your own. There are plenty of water fountains along the seaside paved pedestrian path, but bring a small water bottle along just in case. The park can be quite busy with people on a warm or sunny day. I'm sure summer time will be very busy, so plan to come earlier in the day during summer. I wish it wasn't as busy, but when a place gets popular, traffic follows.
  • Usually quite busy with people, but the park is often quiet and fairly clean. Excellent views available from this spot.
