  • Visited the winery on a beautiful November day - when you are in the store, the view across the vineyard out to Lake Ontario is spectacular. We selected the "contrast" wine tasting, it was a wonderful experience and our hostess was very knowledgable. Would love to see it in the summer.
  • Wonderful winery: scenic located, very posh and well maintained. Wines are quite good, albeit a little overpriced for Ontario wines. They have a restaurant with picnic opportunities, which I liked but did not try. The gift shop, cute but a moneymaking scheme and a chocolate shop that does not belong there. It would have been better to sell some snacks and cheeses instead (like this they have a "market" across the street, but it would be nicer to have it in the main building instead of the chocolate and candy shop.
  • We got married at Waupoos in September and everything was perfect. The food was delicious as expected from our tasting that we did months prior, the service was very friendly and efficient, the wedding coordinator was excellent and all our guests commented on how beautiful the venue was. I'm looking forward to enjoying more meals at the restaurant for anniversaries.
  • We had a great experience in this cute winery. The atmosphere was gorgeous with a lovely view of the water and the well kept and wonderful land was nice to walk out on. Eclectic variety of wines for tasting. Ajecent to the main wine bar is a candy store. It was one of our top 3 wineries to try.
  • Not worth the money. Nice view but food way below par. Menu attempts at being fancy and reads well - but delivers way below what they are charging. Caesar salad dressing tastes watery, steak over seasoned - to the point my mouth feels pickled - and vegetables on Squash entree had roots attached. Nice view of lake - but that's it. Service has much to be desired too
