Cameron Falls, Waterton Lakes National Park
Categories: Waterfalls, Nature & Parks
Head to Cameron Falls and witness an attractive waterfall surrounded by majestic cliffs and lush vegetation. A short, paved path from Waterton Village brings you to excellent views of the scenic cascades tumbling over 1.5 billion-year-old Cambrian rock. Stand close to feel the sprinkling mist. Don't forget your camera; these picturesque falls are among the park's most photographed landmarks for good reason. If you love the area, consider a hike along the 19 km (11.8 mi) trail leading between Cameron Lake and the village.
