Nice place for go Karting and mini golf. The track is pretty nice and long with good corners and parts where you get tip speed out of the go karts, but the karts themselves are not that fast. I don't think they were even doing the advertised 40 km/h. This place is still very good for families to have a good time.

Sick go karting place! Prices are great, your money goes a long way. You get a few dollars off if you use cash. Huge track with great corners and the staff are very friendly. The karts go pretty fast, I believe one of the staff said up to 40-50 km/h, however for such a large and extensive track, the karts felt a little underpowered. Would be a lot more fun if they could get a little more power. But overall, they still feel quite fast; it's a great go karting place and I would definitely recommend it!

Bad customer experience. I was there last Friday, July 21, with my family. We were pretty excited for my son who loves baseball to go in the batting cage for the first time so we started taking pictures of him outside the cages. While doing so, a young girl who works at the park OFFERED to let us in the EMPTY cage next to where my son was batting so we could take better photos. We were so thankful and thought it was very nice of the young girl to offer. However, a few minutes in the cage later, an older blonde lady, who I believe is the manager/owner started yelling at my sister-in-law- and I repeatedly (in a very condescending way) saying “What are you doing inside the cage? You're not allowed in there!” It wasn't the words that she said that offended us, but rather the tone that she used to get her message across. It was disrespectful, humiliating and demoralizing. We quickly explained that somebody let us in (it was offered to us, we didn't even ask) but she refused to listen and continued to be rude even though we were obviously misinformed. Honestly, I feel that the manner that she expressed herself was out of line. A polite “I'm sorry, you were misinformed. You're not allowed in there” would have worked just as quickly & efficiently. We respect whatever rules and regulations you have at Wasaga 500, but like what I initially said, we were told it was okay to go inside. And if it was an issue regarding safety, yelling is still totally unacceptable and uncalled for. After learning about what happened, the young girl who let us in (after also getting yelled at) apologized and looked genuinely sorry about the whole ordeal, we really appreciate that and think the manager can learn a thing or two about how to treat customers from her. Another thing, it's sad how rude the general manager respond to the negative reviews on here instead of taking accountability for the staff's behavior. Bad attitude of staff seem to be a persistent complain about Wasaga 500, but instead of addressing the issue, it seems as if bad conduct is condoned by management and matters are responded to in a very unprofessional manner. If you want your business to grow or even keep the clients and/or customers you have now, you never want to be personally offensive. That's the kind of business practice that will lose you customers and win you nothing but complaints and badmouthing. Listen to your customers regardless of the nature of the feedback.

my nephew was using the batting cages and myself and his mother were taking pictures. a staff member came up to us and said we could go into the next cage to get nicer pictures of him because no one was using it at the time (and I think there were only 1 or 2 other people actually using the cages). a couple of minutes later a blonde woman whom I believe to be the manager began to yell at us for being in the cage. she repeatedly asked why we were in there and spoke to us in a condescending manner. when I explained that someone on her staff said we could be there, she continued to be rude and dismissed our claims. I understand there could've been a safety issue with us being in there and they could be held liable, but there are MUCH better ways to talk to your patrons and you should always listen to what we have to say as well. not to mention, the staff member who originally told us we could go into the cage apologized after and said she was confused because sometimes that woman let's people go in the cages, and sometimes she doesn't. so it sounds like there's a lack of consistency happening. that interaction was very unpleasant and I will not be returning there if that's how they feel they can speak to their patrons.
