  • A lovely little lighthouse in the tiny village of Walton. It is no longer in use, that is why you can climb to the top - just remember to climb down the way you climbed up, ladder=like, 3 flights up! ...  more »

  • Picnic tables for taking a break. Great views, small walking path to lookout. Sometimes there is a little food cart/truck there. Gift shop for souvenirs.
  • Cute little stop with a knowledgeable volunteer talking about the history. Steep short steps up. Our dog went up but needed a ride down.
  • Parking space is limited especially in prime tourist season. The lighthouse is open to the public and full of historical information pertaining to the area. It's a good spot for a short visit but not much else of interest is nearby.
  • Cute little lighthouse. Nice hiking trail along cliff. Interesting exhibits about local history, including barite and gypsum mining. Two nearby silos were used to store barite prior to shipping.
  • A nice fun little place to visit. If you need to stretch your legs I would suggest this place.
