  • We always enjoy trips through Market Square. Throughout the year many events are held in the square from markets to music festivals. Kids enjoy running around in the bottom of the square, parents like the snacks and coffees nearby. There are many options to keep everyone happy and busy. The new-ish pub, The Drake, is also fabulous and a new and unique spot in Victoria.
  • If you are visiting Victoria this place is a must! Try to go during a sunny day and enjoy sunbathing on one of the benches while enjoying food from the several food places there are, including a vegetarian restaurant and a waffle house. It is also a nice place to go shopping for some souvenirs.
  • Basically, this is trendy hippie central. That's not necessarily a bad thing but you should know what you're getting into. Some really fun events are held here in the summer. It was a bit cooler when it had the roof though. :(
  • Seems like a ghost town compared to years gone by. Too bad... such a cool city space! Should be thriving and teaming with life!
  • Cool square with good shops to check out. I recommend: Ayo Eat for a fantastic take out lunch or dinner; The Drake for a tasty beer and snack; and Cafe Mexico for tasty appies cocktails, and dinner.
