The old bridge is being replaced by a new bridge but it is severely behind schedule. The new bridge will be well worth a walking visit once it is completed

How does one rate a bridge? On each crossing, I have successfully reached the other side. It sometimes goes up, and each time goes back down. Also pleasantly troll-free.
Great view of the harbor and a very interesting cantilevered bridge. A giant cement counter-weight balances the weight of the bridge when opening.
Carful on you bike. Beautiful view of downtown from here
Strange and potentially dangerous that the original Blue Bridge is not lit up at night, even with cars entering at precarious angles, and even tho it (the Strauss Bridge could "collapse at any moment"! -- Further , Your promotion of the new bridge design picture did not correspond to the historical written info about our Johnson St. Blue bridge, described below
