  • This rather spectacular, oversized building faces the inner harbor, at 90 degrees from the Empress Hotel and across from the fine Provincial Museum. Whether or not you walk inside to take in the elega...  read more »

  • I highly recommend the free tour of the building. It is historical and fun! I've been to many tours and this one really stood out to me because of my guides' energy and an interesting twist during the tour.
  • I won't be exaggerating when I say that it's the most beautiful building in BC. It's massive and incredible to look at. The night view is stunning as well. Not much to do inside, but it's worth a quick look.
  • Iconic Europeanish building in Western Canada...hardly find such looking buildings on the west cost. Really nice harbour view from here, most popular place to be during the summer with flowers blooming all around and touristy feel, quiet different vibe from Vancouver.
  • I'm not a huge political buff but I do love and appreciate historical buildings. Got to do a FREE 30 mins tour during BC Day and the inside (and outside) is so beautiful. The guide we had was awesome too! Lots of people taking photos of the front, but don't forget the back (library side) which I think was my favourite part of the external features... And there's less people around too!
  • Very nice place, during summer time, they will have The Parliamentary Plays to bring history to life!! Free admission, you just have to go and sit on the steps in front of the parliament building!! Also with the regular tour (you can find them in front of the gift store), you will learn loads of history inside of that building. A very good way to get to know about BC.
