  • This a great Aquarium. It has a variety of many different Coastal environments, and doesn't focus on needing to display only tropical fish. The Dolphin/ Rescue exhibit is nice to see, especially since they have a fake Killer Wake. Too bad the Beluga whales passed last year. The final thing is that they display descriptions very well, so you can easily contrast different Coastal areas of Vancouver. This is a must see, that rivals other great West Coast Aquariums.
  • We so love coming to the aquarium. My husband and I have gone a few times just the two of us and we finally had the chance to bring our daughter this trip! It was wonderful to see the porpoise and the false killer whale chester. I love the educational focus of this aquarium. Visiting the aquarium is a must!
  • The new renovation is beautiful and the cafeteria has lots of fresh options. There are tons of exhibits and a great kids space. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about the animals and their historys. We are repeat seasons pass holders and have spent many wonderful days exploring the aquarium
  • My kids both love this place, and my oldest daughter now wants to grow up and rescue hurt animals too. I know there is controversy over the whales and dolphins, and I hope they can respond in a way to satisfy those very valid concerns, but they do great outreach and kids are inspired to do better by this place. We have an annual membership which is very affordable, but parking here is very pricey. Membership discounts on food is great, and summer ice cream is a great cheap treat.
  • One of Vancouver's most popular attractions, totally great for families, friends, couples, and you will enjoy it even if you are on your own. By the time i write this, some decisions are taking place to probably prohibit the preservation of belugas and dolphins, so i am not sure what time you would be reading this, hopefully as early as i hope. A great place that preserves the aquatic life to so much efficient degrees and reflects how, as an organization, it acts in environmental friendly ways. Go enjoy.
