For a fun and educational experience, visit Science World. Established in 1977, the museum is contained in a geodesic dome designed by Bruno Freschi and reminiscent of the works of Buckminster Fuller. Take part in science demonstrations and interactive displays, view artwork, seek out the kids' area, or take in a show at the science theater. The museum contains galleries about physics, the environment, and anthropology. In the OMNIMAX theater, you can see movie on the largest dome screen in the world. • In the top of science world there is a big screen where you can watch various movies throughout the day. It is roughly $12 for a ticket (no tax & check website) and you don't need to buy additional...  more »
  • I'm not sure who enjoyed this place more, my wife and I or our nephews and their mom and dad. So much to see and do for all ages. Great exhibits on physics, sound, water, health. Well worth the...  more »
  • The first time we went to science world, we found it interesting, so when we saw that they had changed up themes. We decided to go check it out again. Not worth it. Pricey especially for a family and....  more »

  • I've never been there because it's too expensive, they had a free thing last Saturday about dogs and cats so finally had a chance to go in and check things out. The giant dinosaur was cool! Rock area was cool! my daughter had a good time! For me though over all I was kinda bored, I think I pictured something much better for the amount it costs to get in. The outside of the building though is awesome!
  • Amazing place for kids and adults alike. The membership is well worth it. It never gets old especially for kids. You can spend a few hours just in one part and come back another day to hang out in another part. The new outdoor play area is phenomenal although only open in summer. Best times to go are week days after 12.
  • This is by far the best experience we have had at a TELUS world of science. Great hands on activities, the outdoor activities were really cool. Some things were unavailable but it did not detract from the overall experience. Very well set up, would love to come back and see the cat and dog exhibit. Worth the trip today.
  • Definitely need a whole day to see all the exhibits. I would have really liked if there was a some sort of a note outside their theatre stating the steepness of their seating. It triggered my vertigo on my way down. The experience however, was amazing!
  • What a fun place! This has something for everyone. There’s a preschool section for ages 0-5 and a special section just for babies that are crawling. The older kids loved the Eureka section. We watched a demonstration on the first level and the presenter kept the show flowing well and entertaining. The mirror maze was also fun. Definitely recommend this place.
