  • The track is a lot of fun but the casino is a hard ticket. Has been for a long time now unfortunately. Buffet available. Get a club card for comps.
  • Woodbine Racetrack is an interesting place to spend a few hours if you want to watch some live horse races. Be warned however...it is a bit unsavoury. The casino below leaves a lot to be desired. Save...  more »
  • Went in the summer - took my horse-obsessed niece there. Was concerned this may not be appropriate for a child, but it was fun. We watched the races, went to see horses in the stable, and enjoyed the ...  more »

  • I love the track. I am not an avid better or even thoroughbred racing aficionado but the atmosphere and the experience is really invigorating and different. First, the parking is abundant and the design of the entrances is well thought out. I wish we made reservations for brunch or dinner or whatever, to watch the races from the restaurants because that experience has to be really neat. But even if you just happen to arrive here, it's still a good experience that would cost you nothing to go. I would highly recommend it to anyone who's looking for something to do on a weekend in the spring/summer. I think there's public transit but am not entirely certain.
  • Great place and casino. Plenty of slots and much more. Interior 5/5. It's a good size on the inside. Good place to just grab a drink or walk around.
  • Fun place to go to, when in need of a fix. They have recently moved a lot of the machines around to encourage a bit more table play. Mind you all of the table games are mechanical and do not have live attendants. This allows I guess for more players. The place is always well kept and a recently added Tim Hortons on the 2nd floor is a great idea. Too bad you cannot bring it inside. Good fun and hope you win!
  • Good place to donate your money to the government. The slots used to be nice and you could see and hear winners throughout your visit but now winning is far and few. Expect to lose your money. Place is now overcrowded and machines are squeezed together. More like a maze so you may play more machines trying to find your way out. Nice that the TTC drops you off tight at the front door.
  • Most arrogant security guards in both the casino and racetrack especially 1 wears a suit weighs about 400 pounds and has no neck and his female sidekick disgusting customer service would love to meet some them outside the safety of their security cameras and see if they are as mouthy and tough I highly doubt it absolutely ZERO respect for the customer scumbag wanna be cops woodbine is run like it is it's own country they can without reason throw out anyone they like absolute scum bags and by the way I have been to Mohawk same guards same company much much better attitude like night and day it is worth the drive excellent customer service don't know why they scraped the bottom of barrel at woodbine to hire such arrogant pieces of garbage
