  • Perfect way to escape the hustle and bustle of the city with an 8 min ferry ride. Don't forget to bring your bathing suit if you're going in the Summer months.  more »
  • People who want to go to Toronto Island, it goes from this wards Island (East), or in the Centre Island (main dock) in taste and time.... Suddenly into the bustling centre island, light hikers, who comes from the wards island and towards the center island while enjoying in about an hour and the lake water for a pleasant walk.

  • Beautiful beach, worth going during the week if you can...a lot quieter
  • Calm, relaxing and quiet. A great place to have a good time with friends (or with your partner), a great beach to walk, and a nice place to take photos.
  • Pretty busy on the later days and it's not very big. Nice sand and water though.
  • Relax and enjoy it. It's a playa and it's in Toronto. Forget all about downtowns and uptowns.
  • Nice little beach on the islands. I like to paddle to the Islands and take a break here.
