  • Visit in winter, in December, when 3 tours of this ferry was the only one who operated frequently. The views of the Toronto Skyline in front from the ferry to reach the island without beautiful. Saving the distance they resemble the experience of seeing the DOWNTOWN Manhattan in Nyc from the ferry that goes to Staten Island or Ellis Island. On the island itself in winter there is nothing. Although is very quiet. Walking around half km I found a cute bar (I don't remember the name but it was the only haha unless I vi) for a coffee. Very warm there. Moreover, the views offered travel pay every penny of just 7.5 CAD which is the round ticket

  • Saw a sign in front of one home that it was transferred there from another location. Beautiful island... must fo there doing day time.... worth the walk!
  • Visited it in winter and it was pretty quiet, which was my intended quest. However there is not much to see/do, I'd assume it's great for relaxing days during summer.

  • Beautiful beach, worth going during the week if you can...a lot quieter
  • Calm, relaxing and quiet. A great place to have a good time with friends (or with your partner), a great beach to walk, and a nice place to take photos.
  • Pretty busy on the later days and it's not very big. Nice sand and water though.
  • Relax and enjoy it. It's a playa and it's in Toronto. Forget all about downtowns and uptowns.
  • Nice little beach on the islands. I like to paddle to the Islands and take a break here.
