  • This beautiful Cathedral was unfortunately closed when I tried to go in for important interior work. The exterior is undoubtedly great, but unfortunately not in a park and the view "you have to earn it." In those circumstances, this Toronto area there are three churches in the short distance between them and the overall visit is advisable.

  • The recently restored Cathedral was granted the status of Basilica minor. The electrical, heating systems have been updated. They've updated washrooms. Donating is optional/voluntary, but I did when I visited. The donation box is located on the first pew when you enter the centre aisle.
  • Having this church in Downtown Toronto is a blessing! Being in this church gives you peace and grace. This church has traditional architecture and they have renovated the inside and OMG !!! its very beautiful....๐Ÿ˜ I like the Mass schedules, its very convenient for everyone to attend the Mass during the weekdays as well weekends. They have security available in the church, which is real good thing too.
  • Absolutely gorgeous cathedral. Traditional novus ordo mass with the unmatched St Michaels Boys Choir. The Easter Vigil was a beautiful service with the Cardinal leading us in worship.
  • Great Church to visit specially if you are in Down town The church is still in good shape as it possess a good history behind it. The arches and two bells makes it look like one's from Roman empire. Worker's found around sixty bodies claiming that the property was a graveyard when they started constructing the church where the coffins where moved to another graveyard while six bodies are still kept underneath the entrance of the church where one belongs to a construction worker who died during construction of the church. Don't worry the crepe is accessible by public during regular hours.
  • Really beautifully made cathedral, although the back field is scruffy the church itself is just spendid
