  • A beautiful house built at the beginning of 19 century. The Spadina Museum or Spadina House, as it is known, was built in the area was considered the richest of Toronto at that time. A place where many important families of the city had large properties. The House served as a residence until 1982 and thereafter was donated to the city, along with all your furniture. The site, in addition to having a beautiful garden that can be enjoyed in 3 seasons (spring, summer and fall), also features a cool greenhouse. Every time I come to Toronto, I make it a point to visit her. Because it is located next to the Casa Loma.

  • It is easy to reach, is close to the subway. It is very beautiful on the outside is inside, but honestly, I haven't found anything more! It's not something that needs to be done in Toronto. There are other places to spend time there..

  • Spadina House Museum, is a historic Manor, designed in Victorian style. Here you can fully enjoy the atmosphere of the beginning of the 20 century. That visit was interesting and informative, it is better to take the tour.

  • Loved visiting this place for a class trip. Such great history, interior, and staff. Didn't get to see it in the warmer seasons but will come back. You might experience some unexplainable events like a door opening and shutting on its own, which happened to me while watching the video about this house.
  • Have to take a tour as a group. Couldn't look around by yourself. It's a nice place anyway.
  • Stunningly beautiful 1920s - 1930s era home. Grounds are breathtaking. (I may even prefer it to it's bigger, more famous next door neighbour, Casa Loma.)
  • This place is always so gorgeous and so peaceful and quiet after casa loma
  • Spadina museum is a great site to visit, especially with children. I had a great experience seeing all the artifacts. Amazing educational experience.
