  • When I visited this museum, two of the main houses are open for viewing. The houses will give you an idea how people live 150 to 200 years ago. Some of the furnitures/artifacts are even over 200 years ...  more »
  • These houses and barns were moved here from all around Scarborough. It is neat to see how people lived just a hundred years ago.
  • This museum is located within the Thompson Park. It is nice for the whole family to take a guided tour of the house and learn about the pioneers and their life. They also have camps that children will...  more »

  • Museum is a great place to bring your kids. It's also so close to a park where you can enjoy the outdoors.
  • Scarborough museum is a small place but very good place to visit to know & understand the pioneer's life. Staff is very friendly and helpful. When we went it was before the opening hours. But TRISTAN helped us and took his time to explain and gave the tours. Wonderful service.
  • A really small exhibit. But the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Such an accessible place to get to know about historic farm life in Scarborough.
  • Great place to go to catch up on your history.
  • This park isn't what it used to be. If you enter from the McCowan road bike path, you're going to be immediately greeted by a smell that can only be described as a mix of sewage and onions. The park itself is decent, quite big and a lot of tables and seating areas. The one major problem, however, is that they're always full and occupied. People are all over the place, are overly loud (screaming, shouting etc.) and refuse to throw their garbage out in trash cans which are all over the park, which is why there's always litter. The only time I come to this park is to bike through it, but the path is flooded by people who walk across the entire width and who don't make space for you, even when they see you coming. The soccer field, baseball diamond and tennis courts are nice.
