  • Lovely experience. Work in the neighbourhood, went there on my lunch and had a fantastic experience. Quick service and modern hair styles. Also heard good things from female coworkers in the financial industry that the manicures are to die for. Cheers.
  • Went for a simple haircut due to local convenience (no prior recommendations or anything) and was HORRIBLY disappointed. I absolutely do not recommend this place to ANYONE. Not only does the owner barely speak any english at all (which makes communication nearly impossible, and even bringing several photos hardly helped), but I was charged an obscene amount of money for such a terrible haircut. She charged me about 90$ for a simple short haircut and claimed that the extra 25$ on top of the usual price was for "styling". This woman does not know how to style hair to save her live, it looked absolutely atrocious - large strands of hair were sticking out in every direction, and my hair had so much unnecessary volume that a family of small rodents could have made a comfortable home in there. I tried to explain to this woman that she shouldn't charge me for this "styling" because I'm absolutely appalled by it and will have to go home and wash my hair immediately anyway. She was completely unapologetic, and sneered at me as I tried to fix it myself in the salon. It was just embarrassing to look at. Anyway, writing the review a month later because the more my hair grows out the worse it looks - the way it's cut is completely uneven and looks terrible no matter what I do with it. I don't understand how someone so clearly lacking in basic skills can be running a "hair design" salon. I don't normally hold grudges, but this is still (and even more so) infuriating now than it was the day of.
  • I had a hair cut at queens quay and had the best experience. I am recommending this location for haircuts and customer service.
  • Overly priced, I could of gotten a better hair cut at topcuts for $15.00. I asked for a trim, she cut off 2 inches and didn't redo my layers,. Also, one of the ladies in there were very cold, not welcoming and constantly on her phone texting, I didn't feel very welcome.
  • Very good experience with men's cut. Highly recommended. Good communication and customer service experience.
