Physical Therapy One @ Maple Leaf Gardens, Toronto

#107 of 590 in Things to do in Toronto
Bask in the glory of one of Canada's prominent historical buildings at Physical Therapy One @ Maple Leaf Gardens. Originally home to the Toronto Maple Leafs, the building underwent remodeling in 2004 and now serves as a multipurpose complex--as well as a love letter to Canadian hockey history. Visit the hallowed stadium, which now houses a gym and a huge shopping center. A 3rd-floor skating rink allowed for ice hockey to make a return to the arena in 2012, following an agreement with university team Ryerson Rams; enquire inside or online to catch a game at this legendary venue. • I look forward coming to Physical Therapy One at Maple Leaf Gardens because of the welcoming atmosphere. Everything from scheduling to follow-up is easy and proactive. My physiotherapist, Zachary Chan, is attentive, listens to my concerns, and answers all my questions. He takes time to explain what he is doing, describe what I am feeling, and gives me things to work on at home. Zachary has changed my life and I feel like a new person. I cannot thank him enough for his time and expertise.
  • I always have a great experience at this location of physical therapy one. All of the staff is super friendly, and when I got orthotics last week with Dr.Arif, he was very friendly and helpful!
  • Attentive customer service. Excellent massage: They have the best customer service I've encountered in a long time. They really care about their customers. I've had a negative experience and they followed up with me and ensured that I, the customer, was left very satisfied. I've also had one of the best massage treatments ever here --and I've had my share of massage therapy treatments over the years. Jane was simply amazing.
  • I have been to there location many times to get variety of services including Physiotherapy acupuncture and other health services including massage. The front desk staff are friendly and the doctors are also very friendly and knowledgeable.
  • I have come here over the years for treatment for my various sports injuries, massages and custom orthotics. The treatments and service are top quality and I love coming here (aside from the fact that I'm usually going for treatment of some injury that I've suffered) and have even sent some of my friends there for their treatments. I highly recommend.

Where to stay in Toronto

Most visitors stay in the historic neighborhood of Old Toronto, as the central district offers unparalleled access to the best attractions in the city and several metro stations within walking distance. If you're looking for a different taste of Toronto, stay in the trendy neighborhoods of West Queen West or King West Village, popular for their nightlife, arts, and cafe scenes. You can embrace Toronto's multicultural charms by staying in Chinatown, perhaps the city's best location for foodies.
