It is scenery of many films New Yorkers. For me it is one of the most beautiful, original five-story red-brick building was one of the largest of its time, with twelve-foot ceilings of high, brass fittings, and the first elevator Otis moved by force in the city of Toronto. A walk in the vault was built to withstand the Goodenham riches and a tunnel was dug so that policymakers could travel from building to the Bank on the other side of the street (which bought Goodenham) without having to walk outside with large bags of money in cash. The part back called trompe-l'oeil many visit the Flatiron to admire the interesting mural painted on the back of the building. The mural is a mirror image of the Perkins building, which is located just on the other side of the street. It was created by renowned Canadian artist Derek Besant and uses the effect of the l'oeil trompe (literally, "fool the eye"), which creates an optical illusion that convinces the viewer that the objects represented actually existshow original

The Red building with a triangular plan, has a restaurant/pub on the bottom. On the south facade, a large painting plays a cloth, giving a charm to the place.
