  • There is no bad month to visit the beach. The sunsets are awesome, the cloud formations provocative, the sand is layable, the grounds are very clean. You can swim in the free city pools, rollerblade, ...  more »

  • Beautiful park with a nice restaurant at the marina. Great views and a nice sandy beach. Come for a picnic or a nice walk through the nature trails and enjoy a good time at the waterfront.
  • Poor parking management. This is one of the few places where you can get a boat in the water in the Toronto area. The problem is, the parking that is reserved for vehicles with trailers is often used by others. There are more boat ramps than there are available parking spots. Better pavement marking and signs would help.
  • Omg,u have got too check this place out, their is everything, their is tim hortons dressing rooms to change before going too the beach picnic area, they also have WiFi, their is plenty more, these are the things that I wanted too be there for me,but trust me their is alot more stuff there for u and ur family too love and enjoy 💜 I didn't have my camara with me but next time for sure going back tomorrow 💜💜💜
  • Best place to spend a sunny day off with friends. Bring snacks and drinks and some games and set up camp under the shade of a tree. Away the time flies. Walk up to Queen Street East for lively local street bars and ice cream. Cannot go wrong to play an afternoon/evening here.
  • Over 100 volleyball posts. Bring your lines, nets and balls and set it up. Spring, summer and fall volleyball leagues play on weekdays. Weekend are quite busy with lots of pick up games. Beach is pretty clean although I've come broken glass pieces very rarely. The park on the south side and north of beach is great for bbq and to chill with family our friends. Lots of ice cream and hotdog vendors. The pastry shop beside Tim Horton is a good place to try out.
