Radar Hill, Tofino
(2.7/5 based on 170+ reviews on the web)
Used in both World War 2 and the Cold War, Radar Hill represents both a historical and outdoor activity site. Take a half-hour hike down Radar beach to reach the hill, remembering to wear adequate shoes and clothes, as the trail can get slippery and muddy at times. At sunset, you can enjoy the view over the peninsula in peace, so bring your camera to snap some great photos. Finish your hike by inspecting the crashed bomber plane from World War 2. Take a look at our Tofino vacation planner to schedule your visit to Radar Hill and learn about what else to see and do during your holiday.

  • It's alright for a view. Nice enough at least.
  • Amazing view
  • View platform towards ocean no longer their very disappointing. Paid almost 20 dollars for Pacific Rim Federal parking waste of money
  • Don't waste your time. Nothing to see.
  • Nice walk to the top. Only a few remnants of foundations.
